- Temple Seva and religious offerings.

- Educational and informational content.
- Memberships, subscriptions, promotional programs, and other services introduced from time to time.
The Company may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service without prior notice.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
- By using the Platform, you confirm that:
- You have carefully read these Terms.
- You understand your legal rights and obligations.
- You voluntarily agree to comply with these Terms.

- Temple Partner includes temples, trusts, priests, mahants, or religious institutions associated with the Platform.
- AI Services means any feature powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated technologies.
- Content includes all text, graphics, videos, software, reports, articles, trademarks, designs, and other material available on the Platform.
ELIGIBILITY
- You may use the Platform only if:
- you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law; and
- you comply with these Terms.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- We reserve the right to refuse access, suspend an account, or terminate services if we reasonably believe these eligibility requirements are not met.
USER ACCOUNT
Some Services require you to create an account.
- When creating an account, you agree to:

NATURE OF SERVICES

- Certain Services may be provided directly by the Company, while others may be provided by independent astrologers, priests, temple partners, merchants, logistics providers, payment service providers, or other third parties associated with the Platform.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, such third-party service providers operate independently, and the Company shall not be deemed to be creating any employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with them.
- The Company reserves the right to determine the manner in which any Service is provided, fulfilled, or facilitated.
- Users may book astrology consultations through the communication modes made available on the Platform.
- Consultations are intended to provide astrological guidance based on traditional principles, interpretations, and the professional judgment of the respective astrologer.
- Users acknowledge and agree that:
- different astrologers may provide different interpretations or recommendations based on identical birth details or circumstances;
- astrology is interpretative in nature and does not constitute an exact science;
- consultation duration shall depend upon the plan, package, or time purchased by the User;
- the Company does not guarantee the availability of any particular astrologer at any given time.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend, replace, or discontinue the services of any astrologer at its sole discretion.
AI POWERED SERVICES
- The Platform may offer certain Services powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, or similar technologies. Such Services may include:
- AI-generated horoscope analysis;
- automated Kundli interpretation;
- AI chat assistance;
- personalized recommendations;
- compatibility analysis;
- content generation;
- customer support assistance;
- or other AI-enabled features introduced by the Company.
- Users acknowledge that AI-generated responses are automated outputs based on the information provided and underlying computational models.
- The Company does not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, error-free, or suitable for every individual circumstance.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any AI feature without prior notice.
PUJA, TEMPLE SERVICES & RELIGIOUS OFFERING
- The Platform enables Users to book or participate in various religious and spiritual services, including Pujas, Havans, Jaaps, Abhisheks, Temple Sevas, Donations, Sankalps, and other religious ceremonies.
- Such Services may be conducted at temples, religious institutions, pilgrimage sites, or other approved locations by priests or temple partners associated with the Platform.
- Users acknowledge that:
- rituals may vary depending upon local customs, traditions, temple practices, and priestly methods;
- availability of particular rituals, temples, or priests may change without prior notice;
- ceremonies may be rescheduled due to religious festivals, temple schedules, weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to substitute the venue, priest, date, or timing of a ceremony where reasonably necessary to ensure completion of the Service.
- Where reasonably practicable, the Company shall notify the User of any material changes.
AI-POWERED ASTROLOGY SERVICES
- The Platform may offer astrology guidance generated wholly or partially through Artificial Intelligence ("AI"), machine learning models, automated algorithms, or other computational technologies.
- AI-generated responses may include:
- Horoscope predictions
- Daily guidance
- Personalized recommendations
- Planetary analysis
- Compatibility reports
- Transit analysis
- Numerology reports
- Spiritual suggestions
- Frequently Asked Questions
- Automated customer assistance
- AI-generated content is intended solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as professional, definitive, or infallible astrological advice.
- AI systems may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, generalized, outdated, or inappropriate responses. Users are advised to exercise their own judgment before relying upon such information.
- The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
- AI services are intended to supplement, and not replace, consultations with qualified astrologers where personalized guidance is desired.
- The Company may improve, retrain, modify, suspend, or discontinue AI services at any time without prior notice.
SPIRITUAL PRODUCTS
- The Platform may offer physical and digital products including, but not limited to, Rudraksha, gemstones, Yantras, malas, idols, puja kits, sacred threads, spiritual accessories, digital reports, and other religious articles.
- Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and certifications are provided for informational purposes only.
- Users acknowledge that:
- natural products may vary in colour, texture, weight, size, inclusions, or appearance;
- handcrafted products may contain minor variations;
- images displayed on the Platform are illustrative and actual products may differ due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or natural characteristics.
- The Company reserves the right to modify product specifications, packaging, sourcing, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
- The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform.
- However, the Company does not guarantee that the Platform or any Service shall always be available without interruption.
- Access may be affected by:

ORDER, PRICING & PAYMENTS
- The prices displayed on the Platform are quoted in the applicable currency specified at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- The Company reserves the right to determine, revise, modify, or discontinue the pricing of any Product or Service at any time. Any revision in pricing shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed by the Company, except where such revision is necessary due to a pricing error, technical issue, or requirement under applicable law.
- The total amount payable may include, where applicable:

- convenience or platform fees;
- shipping and handling charges;
- payment processing charges;
- taxes and statutory levies; and
- any other charges disclosed during checkout.
- The Company accepts payment through such payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time, including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, EMI facilities, international payment methods, or any other approved payment mechanism.
- A booking, order, or subscription shall be deemed confirmed only after the Company has successfully received payment and issued an order or booking confirmation.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any transaction where:
- fulfilment of the order becomes impossible or commercially impracticable.
- payment authorization fails;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- incorrect pricing has been displayed due to a technical or human error;
- the transaction violates applicable law; or

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DIGITAL FULFILMENT
The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to process and deliver Products and Services within the estimated timelines communicated to the User.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and shall not constitute a guarantee of delivery by any specific date or time.
Physical Products may be delivered through independent courier agencies, postal services, logistics partners, or other third-party delivery providers selected by the Company.
The User shall ensure that all delivery information, including the delivery address, contact number, and recipient details, is complete and accurate.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from:
- incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- recipient unavailability;
- refusal to accept delivery;
- customs or regulatory clearance;
- courier delays;
- weather conditions;
- public holidays;
- Force Majeure Events; or
- other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
Digital Products and Services, including reports, consultation recordings (where applicable), downloadable content, and other electronic deliverables, shall be deemed delivered when they are made available through the User's account, sent to the registered email address, or delivered through any other electronic means designated by the Company.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUND & RESCHEDULING
The Company's Refund & Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and shall govern all requests relating to cancellations, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and rescheduling.
Users are advised to review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing any Product or Service.
Without prejudice to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Users acknowledge that certain Products and Services may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, including:
- completed astrology consultations;
- personalized reports;
- digital downloads;
- AI-generated reports;
- customized Products;
- energized spiritual Products;
- temple bookings already confirmed;
- religious ceremonies that have commenced;
- donations and religious offerings, unless otherwise specified.
The Company reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any cancellation or refund request in accordance with the applicable policy and the nature of the Product or Service purchased.
Where a Service provider, temple, or priest becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company reserves the right to reschedule the Service or arrange a suitable alternative, wherever reasonably practicable.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS, WALLET & GIFT BENEFITS
The Company may, at its sole discretion, introduce promotional offers, coupons, referral programs, loyalty rewards, wallet credits, cashback schemes, membership benefits, gift vouchers, or similar promotional initiatives.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- promotional benefits shall have no cash value;
- they shall be non-transferable;
- they may be subject to validity periods and usage conditions;
- they may not be combined with other offers unless specifically permitted.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate any promotional program at any time without prior notice.
Where the Company reasonably believes that a User has engaged in fraud, abuse, multiple account creation, manipulation of promotional schemes, or any activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage, the Company reserves the right to:
- cancel promotional benefits;
- forfeit wallet balances or reward points to the extent permitted by law;
- suspend the User's account; and
- initiate appropriate legal or regulatory action where necessary.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
The User agrees to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
The User shall:
- provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
- maintain the confidentiality of account credentials;
- promptly notify the Company of any suspected unauthorized access;
- cooperate with the Company where verification or additional information is reasonably required;
- use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
The User shall remain solely responsible for all activities carried out through the User's account unless unauthorized use has been promptly reported to the Company.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The User shall not, directly or indirectly:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- impersonate another individual or entity;
- submit false or misleading information;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
- upload malware, viruses, or malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or any associated systems;
- reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the Platform without prior written authorization;
- misuse consultation services or harass astrologers, priests, customer support personnel, delivery partners, or other Users;
- upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, fraudulent, or infringing upon the rights of any third party;
- manipulate ratings, reviews, promotional schemes, or payment processes; or
- engage in any activity that may adversely affect the reputation, security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Platform.
The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and to take such action as it considers appropriate, including suspension or termination of the User's account and reporting the matter to competent authorities.
REVIEWS, TESTIMONILS & USER CONTENT
The Platform may permit Users to submit reviews, ratings, testimonials, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content.
By submitting such content, the User represents and warrants that:
- the content is accurate to the best of the User's knowledge;
- the User owns or has the necessary rights to submit the content;
- the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
The User grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise use such content for operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the Platform, subject to applicable law and the Company's Privacy Policy.
The Company reserves the right, but shall not be under any obligation, to review, edit, moderate, refuse, or remove any User Content that it reasonably believes violates these Terms or applicable law.
To protect customer privacy, the Company may use representative or illustrative images in connection with testimonials or reviews where actual customer photographs are not used, provided such representation is not misleading.
VERIFICATION AND KYC
The Company reserves the right to request identity verification, address verification, age verification, or other information reasonably required to:

- AI-generated materials owned or controlled by the Company;

- all other proprietary materials made available through the Platform.
Except for the limited right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose, nothing in these Terms grants the User any ownership or other intellectual property rights.
The User shall not, without prior written authorization from the Company:
- copy or reproduce Platform Content;
- modify or create derivative works;
- publish or distribute Platform Content;
- commercially exploit any Platform Content;
- sell or sublicense any Platform Content;
- use Company trademarks or branding;
- systematically download or scrape Platform Content; or
- reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the Platform.
The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
ASTROLOGY REPORTS & DIGITAL CONTENT
Certain Services may provide Users with personalized astrology reports, Kundli analyses, compatibility reports, forecasts, videos, recordings, PDFs, or other digital Content.
Such Content is provided for the personal use of the User who purchased or received it.
Unless expressly authorized by the Company, the User shall not:
- reproduce the Content for commercial purposes;
- sell or redistribute it;
- publish it on third-party platforms;
- modify it for commercial exploitation; or
- represent the Company's Content as the User's own work.
The Company reserves the right to impose reasonable technical or access restrictions on digital Content to protect its intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & SERVICE PROVIDER
The Platform may facilitate access to Services provided by independent astrologers, priests, temples, religious institutions, merchants, logistics providers, payment processors, technology providers, and other third parties.
Where a Service is provided by an independent third party, that provider remains responsible for the manner in which the relevant Service is performed.
The Company may facilitate:
- discovery and selection of service providers;
- appointment scheduling;
- communication;
- payment collection;
- order processing;
- customer support; and
- other administrative functions.
The Company does not represent that every third-party provider will be available at all times or that every provider will have identical qualifications, methods, interpretations, or practices.
The Company reserves the right to onboard, suspend, replace, restrict, or remove any third-party service provider at its discretion.

The Company does not guarantee any particular outcome from astrology consultations, AI Services, religious ceremonies, spiritual Products, remedies, or recommendations.
Nothing available through the Platform should be interpreted as medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.
Users should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making significant medical, legal, financial, investment, or other professional decisions.
The detailed terms governing these matters are set out in the Company's Disclaimer Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The User acknowledges that individual results from astrology consultations, spiritual practices, religious ceremonies, remedies, Products, or other Services may vary.
The Company does not guarantee:
- financial gain;
- employment or business success;
- marriage or relationship outcomes;
- health improvement or recovery;
- removal of doshas or negative influences;
- resolution of legal or personal disputes;
- success in examinations or competitions;
- fulfilment of predictions;
- achievement of a particular life outcome; or
- any other specific result.
Testimonials, reviews, success stories, or experiences published on the Platform represent individual experiences only and shall not constitute a guarantee that another User will achieve the same or similar results.
The User remains solely responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, contractors, technology partners, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising from or relating to:

INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, technology partners, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or relating to:

SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate a User's Account or access to the Platform, temporarily or permanently, where the Company reasonably believes that the User:
- has violated these Terms or any applicable policy;
- has provided false or misleading information;
- has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- has misused the Platform or its Services;
- has attempted to circumvent payment or security mechanisms;
- has infringed intellectual property rights;
- has abused or threatened Company personnel or service providers; or
- has engaged in conduct that may expose the Company, its Users, or its partners to legal, financial, security, or reputational risk.
The Company reserves the right to take such action without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.
A User may discontinue use of the Platform at any time. However, discontinuation shall not affect any obligations, liabilities, transactions, or rights that arose before such discontinuation.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Users accessing the Platform from outside India shall remain responsible for complying with any laws applicable to them in their respective jurisdictions, to the extent legally required.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Company and the User shall first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, Products, or Services through good-faith discussions.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- the arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator;
- the seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India;
- the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Subject to the arbitration provisions above, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over matters requiring judicial intervention or matters that cannot legally be referred to arbitration.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where permitted by law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect:
- changes in Services;
- changes in technology;
- changes in business practices;
- changes in applicable laws or regulations; or
- other legitimate business requirements.
The updated Terms shall be published on the Platform with the revised "Last Updated" date.
Where required by applicable law, the Company may provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms become effective shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION & ACCEPTENCE
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an Account, clicking "Accept," "I Agree," "Continue," or similar buttons, placing an order, booking a Service, making a payment, or otherwise using the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
The User agrees that electronic records, communications, confirmations, invoices, transaction records, and other digital communications may be used as evidence of transactions and communications between the User and the Company, subject to applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to communicate with Users electronically through email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, Account notifications, or other communication channels associated with the User's Account.
NOTICES
Any notice required to be provided by the Company may be communicated through:
- email;
- SMS;
- WhatsApp;
- push notification;
- User Account notification;
- publication on the Platform; or
- any other reasonable electronic means.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact information remains accurate and accessible.
A notice sent to the contact details provided by the User shall be considered appropriately communicated, subject to applicable law.
SERVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified or severed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
WAIVER
Any failure or delay by the Company in exercising a right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Any waiver shall be effective only when expressly provided by the Company in writing.
A waiver relating to one instance shall not constitute a continuing or general waiver of the same or any other provision.
ASSIGNMENT
The Company reserves the right to assign, transfer, novate, or otherwise deal with its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of business, transfer of assets, or other legitimate business transaction.
The User shall not assign, transfer, or otherwise deal with their rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company concerning the User's use of the Platform and supersede prior communications, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
The policies incorporated into these Terms may include, as applicable:
- Privacy Policy;
- Refund & Cancellation Policy;
- Shipping & Delivery Policy;
- Disclaimer Policy;
- Cookie Policy; and
- other service-specific policies published by the Company.
Where a specific policy contains provisions applicable exclusively to a particular Product or Service, those provisions shall govern that Product or Service to the extent of any inconsistency.
NO WAIVER OF STATUTARY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides Users with mandatory consumer or other statutory rights, those rights shall continue to apply.
GRIEANCE REDRESSAL
The Company is committed to addressing legitimate User concerns relating to the Platform, Products, Services, transactions, or these Terms.
Users may submit complaints or grievances through the customer support or grievance channels published on the Platform.
The Company shall make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and resolve grievances within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.
The contact details of the designated Grievance Officer, where required under applicable law, shall be published on the Platform and kept reasonably accessible to Users.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Users may contact the Company's customer support team through the communication channels made available on the Platform.
Customer support may assist with:
- orders;
- bookings;
- payments;
- consultations;
- Products;
- delivery;
- technical issues; and
- other Platform-related concerns.
Customer support does not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
The Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate method of resolving a support request based on the nature of the issue and applicable policies.

These Terms are prepared in the English language.
The Company may provide translations for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
RIGHTS RESERVED
All rights not expressly granted to the User under these Terms are reserved by the Company.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting any licence, ownership interest, or other right to the User by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except as expressly stated.
